Broken, Lost or even Obliterated Replacements (no questions asked, customer pays S+H )

We know how fun it can be to live the adventure. And sometimes the adventure bites back. Don't worry, we are here for you! Since you purchased your Turt Sunglasses with the Lifetime Warranty, we will replace them for free, no questions asked. However, customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. (see below) Lifetime Warranty may be purchased up to 90 days after initial purchase. 

Turt Sunglasses will replace Broken, Lost or even Obliterated shades of the same style/color as long supplies are available. If inventory is sold out, we will put your replacement on pre-order status or you can choose a different style in the collection of equal value.

The estimated price for Shipping and Handling of each replacement pair is approximately $3-5 Dollars for US domestic shipping and $10-20 Dollars for International over seas Shipping. This is only an estimate, actual cost to ship will vary based on your delivery location.

To receive your replacement, just email CustomerService@turtsunglasses.com:

  • Your Name
  • Order number or other Proof of Purchase
  • The style that needs to be replaced.

We will provide you with a link to pay for the Shipping and Handling. Once you pay, we will ship your replacement and you will be back on that adventure looking good!

Legal-ease - Life time warranty is valid for sunglasses products only and will be honored for the life of the product and may not be used with any refunds. No date limit is needed. In order to continue to support our Turt Family with quality replacements, only one replacement will be allowed per each Lifetime warranty purchased. Once customer redeems the warranty and Turt Sunglasses fulfills the replacement, it is deemed complete and any obligation to replace product is no longer valid. Re-Purchase of a new Lifetime Warranty will need to be made in order to repeat the cycle. We ask that after 2 cycles of warranty claims, that the customer purchase a new pair of sunglasses at full price.  

We are Proud to offer such a great warranty program to our Turt Family. We want to be totally transparent and let you know that Turt Sunglasses may optionally ask for pictures of and/or the actual sunglasses to better understand how our customers are using them and to determine the durability of the product (this is totally optional). Turt Sunglasses also reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action as necessary.
