Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively research and identify potential retail stores and boutique partners that align with our brand’s eco-friendly and beach-going ethos.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to potential retail partners, introducing them to our brand and product range with the goal of securing wholesale agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and buyers, offering personalized support and ensuring a positive partnership experience.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody and promote our brand’s values and mission in all interactions, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, successes, and challenges, providing insights and suggestions for strategy optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B or wholesale sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow the brand’s presence in the retail market.
  • Knowledge of and passion for eco-friendly products and practices, preferably with a personal interest in beach and outdoor lifestyles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and adapt to a flexible working schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using digital tools for lead generation and sales tracking.
